HOT JULY DAYS

OMG!! July is so hot you can fry and egg on the sidewalk. The long dog days of July are just starting just keep cool and drink a lot of water/fluids the summer has just started and we are getting slammed with 100-106 degree days so stay cool and keep looking back to our blog for new info chow for now :)

MY SON JOHN

After all was said and dune my ex-wife was given my oldest son back I paid child support for him yet she never let me see him and the courts would order her and she would not do it when he was younger i used to have visits with him at the local pizza hut then that stopped she moved out of state then after 6 months she would move back into the state then she stopped when he turned 18 i received a letter from child support court saying he is of the age emancipation so i went down and my support was finished FAST FORWARD AGE 21

Its the day after Christmas went up Nicole's house we exchanged gifts it was another wonderful day for a father and his daughter

Its Wednesday before Christmas went up Nicole's house helped here decorate her tree had a great time me and her first time decorating together since she was 2

Yes our very first daddy daughter day we went shopping at the mall had a great time went back to her house ordered pizza with sausage she is my little girl no doubt about it :)

Sad day my older sister died on Thanksgiving sad day indeed

I went up Nicole's house for our first Thanksgiving Together since she was 2 it was a wonderful holiday one of the best i ever had can't wait till Christmas

Oct 28 2011 part 2

So now dhs kept dropping the ball They placed my daughter in another foster home again never seeking my brothers and sisters out for placement So I'm a family court again this time after being sworn in the court address dhs social worker for update in case dhs worker proceeds to enter in to the record a issue that happened in foster care my daughter was tied down and beat tin to with in an inch of her life the pics were so graphic that i ran out of the court room with my attorney asking for a 10 min recess so he can confer with me I was so sick i vomited in the rest room when we reconvened it was sealed and never to be open 6 months later we are in court again we find out my daughter was put in another Foster home yet again all while my family was not approached about placement OK 6 months later we are in court to find out my daughter in another foster home then 6 months later my daughter was adopted by a good foster family 19 years later her and her adopted mom found me on Oct 28 2011 we met for the first time i cry ed so did she Nicole is in my life now and forever.

Received a phone call three days a go my daughter found me she was born on 08/14/92 she is my only daughter I was married at age 19 my wife was 18 we had 4 children John Jr,Kevin,Nicole,Timmy They were close together I thought marriage was suppose to be till death do we part not my life i have had so many things and people that have left me down. In enter DHS who my wife's own sister called on her said she was unfit so started the path to legalize kidnapping you there golden rule is "Family Reunification" Its a lie me and my wife divorced because she was sleeping with my so called best friend I walked in on him and her having sex so kicked him out and I left went to live with my Older sister and her family 6 months later my ex-wife calls my sisters house crying that the kids had been taken from her and entered in to a Dependency case with the goal of Reunification which did not happen the department of human services only contacted her family to temp place the children but they never contacted my family so the starting of the worst nightmare in my life back and forth back and forth all wile my ex-wife brother was molesting my daughter she was 3 well he got locked up and once again dhs never told me about this until about 3 months later.
